This is the proper way to report a bug to the Admin.

First, Please make a descriptive title, no "Help!!" or "Error!" please make it as descriptive as possible.

Second, Please describe your problem, be as descriptive as possible. Screenshots help a lot.

Third, please post your Programslog.txt and Errorslog.txt

This will allow us to help you the best.

I am not sure how to take a snapshot picture but I am missing a button on my farmhelper which allows me to collect bonuses automatically which is the main reason I wanted it for pleeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaseee help."Get bonus from animals and FEED" is the tab I am missing

hold down ctrl key ( lower left / right corner of keyboard ) then hit the print screen key. This takes a shot of the active screen on desktop ( make sure farmhelper is the one open). Then goto start menu --> all progams --> accessories ---> paint. When that opens up, paste ( ctrl-v ) to paste the image into paint. Save the image as xxx.jpg or xxx.bmp ( xxx being any name you want ). Upload the picture and paste the image in this topic along with your Programslog.txt and Errorslog.txt files...

1)I have buttons missing after I downloaded the latest version

2) on my help neighbors it keeps saying "Trying get mission for userid=??" but it never actually gets mission and there are missions to be had

3) my bot is not harvesting my animals (even though its checked in "options") or trees

I can not get FH to work.

I allowed FH access to my firewall,

I deleted FH from c/ and it still didn't work

I am using IE and I can access farmvill through IE with no problem. I even went to farmville.com with no problem and it still didn't work

I continue to get the following message

This program cannot display the webpage





Most likely causes:

The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.
