because we all like things to be done automatically I would like to tell you that there is great thing for the firefox-users which automatically takes care about the bonuses, the eggs you can hatch, the animals you can adopt...everything what is happening on the so called Farmville-Wall, you know - this one:

Now I know that the FarmHelper is such a great bot and it gives us the possibility to see all the links through the FEED to click on it.

But Firefox can do it all by itself.

Whats needed? Greasemonkey and a userscript from userscript.org
Greasemonkey is a add-on to Firefox which is able to execute scripts on certain, user-defined, pages/sites.

The installation is absolutely easy, just like a regular add-on.
the installation of the userscript-file is done by a single click.

the "Farmville Wall" Manager Script is located here:

and it is recommended to install another userscript which takes care about Facebook URLs which dont actually take you to new pages; the Facebook URL cleaner:

The only thing one need to do is to open the Farmville-Wall (so just a regular login) - and thats it.
By default the Page will reload every 5 minutes and get the bonuses, hatches the eggs, etc....

I put it on 2 Minute reload So, you can adjust the farmville-wall-script through the greasemonkey menu - no programming-skills needed.

So usually I have it sit there on the Farmville Wall, collecting everything was comes up. And in the Background the FarmHelper-Bot is doing its job.

I thought some of the community can use this good tool, because it gives one even more automation.

Maybe the Farmhelper can do it automatically in the future, too? Admin?

Well, such a long post - I am sorry about that. But today I thought I just gonna tell you about that, in case you are not aware of it. I am using it since weeks now - its great!

First of all - make sure you update the Farmville Wall Manager! They brought out a new version 1.1.5.

Now -my Screenshots are showing the german interfaces - but it should be clear enough to transfer this on the english menus as well.

First of all, install Greasmonkey - see the link in my first post.


After that you should already see the "Greasemonkey-Tab" under your "Tools"-Tab (which is called Extras in the german Firefox-Interface"



If this is OK, goto the Farmville Wall Manager and click on install



The install will open the Greasemonkey-Installer; click on install here as well




(You can do the similar with the Facebook URL-Cleaner Script - follow the link and click on install)


Now comes the interesting part - you will see the greasemonkey-icon on the lower right-hand corner of your Firefox.
If you right-click on it (RMB=Right Mouse Button) you will see the two Facebook/Farmville-Scripts ONLY, when you have the Farmville Wall open in your Firefox! - see Link in my first post and the screenshot




If this is OK so far and the Two scripts are showing in the menu, you can simple click on the "Userscript-Commands" (I hope that the english equivalent, otherwise see the screenshot), and open the Farmville Wall Manager Options




There you can enable/disable everything you can collect from the Wall - Bonuses, Eggs, Flower-Boquets, Adopt Animals....
and you can adjust the reload-time of the Page.

the Value is in "minutes". A Value of 0.3 (every 20 seconds) is the fastest I would ever go - 0.5 is perfect for me right now.

Hmm, thats strange, because it is just working great here.
I get the flower-boquets, the bonuses (not all though, sometimes someone else is faster )

Maybe you should check out the userscript-page; they have a discussion there too, about problems and fixes.
But I really dont know how to help with that.

I just wanted to share a nice tool with all of you

I can only say that on my Win7 (and the XP-PC) with Firefox 3.5.5 it is working fine.
(It stopped working with the old version, but the new update to 1.5.5 fixed the problems (Zynga hat changed something they said in their forums)

When I open my Farmville Wall,
I RMB on Monkey Face.
But there is no option for User Script Command.
